HSP is a dental savings plan that is designed to help patients get reasonable payment terms on their treatments and procedures. We know that traditional dental insurance premiums are expensive and insurance benefits are extremely limited. HSP is a comprehensive and customized membership program for our patients which will cover all your preventive care needs such as cleanings, x-rays and exams. Patients may also receive restorative care, such as fillings, crowns, bridges, partials, dentures and cosmetic dentistry through HSP at a discounted price.

Plan Limitations

• Plans are not dental insurance
• Plans can not be combined with dental insurance or any other discount
• Membership is specific to one person and can not be transferred
• Services not used within the time period can not be carried over or transferred to another patient
• No refunds will be issued for the time period that membership fees were paid and services not used
• Determination of periodontal disease will be made upon initial examination for adults
• Children are patients under the age of 18
